Spent my first day with Gems TV in their studio. I spent the morning watching in the gallery, and learnt how the figures of sales are calculated and how the call centres work in hand with the producer, who controls the information that goes onto the screen.
I then spent the afternoon inside the studio, helping collect the products from upstairs and taking the used ones back upstairs. I also again got to help with the film cameras and learnt how the UK channel works differently to how the American channel works.
